The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years verifiable, recent pediatric nursing experience with home health and or management experience a plus. Responsibilities include coordination of services with referral sources and other professionals to successfully manage our pediatric home care patients throughout Delaware Valley, conducting nursing assessments, care plan development and management support to home care nurses. Interested pediatric RNs must be team oriented, energetic, and conscientious. Positive attitude and strong organizational skills required. |
